Derived from enjoying jerk chicken over the past few summers.. I've taken the idea to produce our own variety.

Ingredients: onion, garlic, tyme,

spring onions, soy sauce,

allspice, Brown sugar, white vinegar*

scotch bonnet chilli, ginger, Orange juice,

lemon & lime juice, olive oil,

Redstripe beer, Black pepper, sea salt,

Cinnamon, cloves. Nutmeg
